The Art of Meditation is touching upon the Life Force. You can improve your health, by creating a regular pattern of meditation. As you learn to relase all negativity, Known and Unknown, Seen and Unseen - you become one with your higher self.
Negative thoughts can create blockages in your life. Using meditation is a tool to remove unwanted thoughts incurred by yourself, or others.
For clarity and a deeper understanding of self. Meditation gives you the strength to attain and achieve personal success - as you discover the power of your hidden self.
